Cancellation Policy

At Copper Willow Salon & Day Spa, we value your time and aim to provide an efficient scheduling experience. We request that cancellations or rescheduling be communicated at least 24 hours before your appointment. A fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, while no-shows will incur the full service charge. Frequent cancellations may necessitate a non-refundable deposit for future appointments, particularly for specific services or events. In the event of unforeseen emergencies, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
